Unpluggedd is all about slowing down and creating meaningful moments together. By using our website or purchasing a box, you’re agreeing to the terms below.

1. Our Boxes

Each Unpluggedd box is thoughtfully curated to help families spend quality time together.

Please note:

  • Some elements may have slight variations in colour or design.
  • Occasionally, an item may be replaced with something similar (and just as meaningful!).
  • What you see is very close to what you get — with a touch of handmade uniqueness.
2. Using the Kit

Our activities are designed for joy, connection, and creativity.

We trust you to:

  • Use the materials mindfully.
  • Supervise younger children where needed.
  • Enjoy the process without pressure (there’s no “right way” here!).
3. Our Content

Everything inside the box — from ideas to illustrations — is created with a lot of love and is owned by Unpluggedd.

You agree to:

  • Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes.
  • Feel free to share your experiences online, while giving credit to Unpluggedd where appropriate.
4. Orders & Payments
  • All orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
  • Prices, offers, and product availability may change from time to time.
  • In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order (for example, due to stock or operational issues). If this happens, we’ll inform you and process a refund or alternative solution, as applicable.
5. Shipping

We do our best to get your box to you as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order.
6. Returns & Refunds

Since our boxes are curated experiences:

  • We’re unable to accept returns once a box is opened.
  • If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and, where possible, photos.
  • We’ll do our best to make it right — through a replacement or another suitable solution, at our discretion.
7. Safety

Some activities may require adult supervision, especially for younger children.

You agree to:

  • Use all materials responsibly and as intended.
  • Check any consumables for ingredients and avoid use if you have allergies or sensitivities.
8. Our Responsibility

We put a lot of care into creating meaningful experiences, but:

  • We are not responsible for misuse of the product.
  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from how the activities or materials are used.
